What is your return policy?Updated a year ago

We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes (when applicable).

Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Contact us for a refund to your original form of payment. To begin the return process in the US, please click here. If you need assistance with order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please log into your Sunny 16 account and then head to our Help Center and select Order Issues from the drop-down menu for assistance. 

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it).
  • As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.
  • Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons. 
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Sunny 16 item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Sunny 16. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
