How do I return or exchange a gift?Updated a year ago

You can return any Sunny 16 item you received as a gift for store credit. 

Log into your Sunny 16 account and head over to our Gift Returns page to begin the process. 

If you don't already have an Sunny 16 account, you can create one here. If you are having trouble starting the gift return process, please contact us. 

Please make sure to include either the original order number or the name, email address, and shipping address of the person who gifted you in your message. We will need this information to issue a return. 

Both digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable, and items listed as final sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
