How long does shipping take?Updated a year ago

Our fulfillment timeframe is found in your order confirmation email and it normally takes within 24-48 hours after receiving an order. However, it could be a little bit longer especially if it's during peak holiday seasons or events. 

As soon as our fulfillment team packs up your order, it'll be picked up with our dedicated shipping courier and you'll be notified via email with your tracking number. If you're a domestic customer, this will either be UPS or USPS depending on your actual location. If you're an international customer, this would be either DHL, UPS or USPS.
