Can i change my order?Updated a year ago

Uh oh! Did you accidentally select the wrong color? Or put the incorrect shipping delivery address? Not to fret — as long as you message us within 15 minutes and before your order actually gets fulfilled, then we can quickly swap the color, type, etc. for you in a jiffy. Please keep in mind that this isn't a guarantee because our team fulfills orders as they come in so you'll need to be faster than us!

We can change the following for you:

  • Swapping the colorway
  • Shipping delivery address
  • Adding or removing specific products
  • Increasing the quantity

Keep in mind that prices may be subject to change based on the revisions. For example, if you want to go from a green pack to a black tarpaulin pack, you would need to pay the difference which will be sent to your email. 

Our fulfillment team will not be able to prepare your order unless the invoice is up to date. 

Lastly, if you add the incorrect address, and you don't notice it until it's too late (while in transit), you'll need to call the courier and address it with them directly. Our team cannot be held accountable if orders go to the incorrect address or if they go missing. We are not liable to refund or replace an order.
